Payment, Returns, and Shipping

At this moment I accept payment through PayPal but through PayPal I can accept credit cards or e-checks. If you see a guitar you want to buy just send me an e-mail and I’ll send you a PayPal Invoice. I also accept Bitcoin, XEM, NXT, and possibly other cryptocurrencies directly at a mutually agreed upon exchange rate.

If you bought your guitar through this site and at any time during the first 72 hours you want to return your guitar, let me know and you can ship it back at your expense for a refund. .If you bought the guitar through eBay, the return policy is the same and you have eBay's buyers assurance as well. If you bought it from me in person then you own it. Just a suggestion.... if you buy one of my guitars and decide you just don't like it. Rather than try to return it, try selling it locally. Instead of losing money to shipping you should be able to at least make your money back or even turn a profit. These guitars are unique and people that don't even know they want one actually want one.

Refund Details: After checking with me you may return the guitar for any reason during the first 72 hours after you receive it. The guitar must be properly packaged and insured for your full purchase price and a 10% handling and relisting fee will be deducted from your refund as well as any damage to the guitar that cannot be proven to be freight damage.

Due to a freight damaged guitar and a claim FedEx failed to pay, I no longer ship through FedEx. I now ship domestically primarily through the United States Postal Service. Insured shipping will be between around $60 domestically to the lower 48 depending on the size and price of the guitar and how far it is shipped..

So far I have successfully shipped to Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Norway, South Korea, Spain, and the UK. The only international shipper that I have found to be cost effective is the United States Postal Service. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are able to arrange your own shipping I will use yours and you can disregard the lists below.

I believe that I am able to ship insured relatively inexpensively (~ $130) to Andorra, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macao, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The UK, and Vatican City - I will add to this list as I see traffic from other countries to this blog.

I cannot ship to the following countries because of size limits - these guitars are big - much larger than a standard guitar and there is nothing I can do about it:  Australia, Malaysia,  Slovenia, and nearly every country not on the list above.
